DAY 01: Delhi – Manali (By Bus)

  1.   Board volvo bus at Majnu ka tilla.
  2.  Overnight journey from Delhi to Manali


DAY 02: Manali [Local sightseeing]

  1. On arrival at Manali Bus Stand meet our representative will meet and escort you to hotel in Manali.
  2. Based your arrival time one can enjoy the breakfast or lunch at a nearby Hotel (We will have 3 slots for the pickup and we will schedule this as per the travelers joining the trip.
  3.  We will notify this 3 day prior to the arrival. In case if these time does not match your arrival timings then we will request you to report at the hotel directly at your own cost).
  4.  If you wish, then you can go for start sightseeing at your own or do some last-minute shopping for your Ladakh expenditure or take some rest at the hotel in Manali.

  1. Briefing of your bike trip by road captain.
  2. At around 8 30 PM, post dinner the hotel the road captain will brief you about the weather, driving tips and guidelines to be followed for the entire journey.

DAY 03: Manali - Sarchu

  1.  Early morning drive to Sarchu.
  2.  The places to be found during the journey are listed as below.

DAY 04: Sarchu - Leh

  1.  After early breakfast leave for Leh en-route crossing Nakeela and Lachalung-la Pass (16,617 ft.).
  2.  Break for lunch at Pang and then drive on towards Leh passing through Skyangchu Thang (a vast plateau stretching for 42 kms) and then crossing Taglang-La (17,585ft) and driving through the upper Indus Valley.
  3.  Reach Leh by evening.
  4.  Overnight in hotel. The Journey has the happening places to visit

DAY 05: Explore Leh Town

  1.   The morning is free after breakfast to get acclimatize to Leh altitude.
  2.    Evening around 3:00 PM visit Shanti Stupa, Leh palace and local Market which offers the best things to buy from Leh town.
  3.    Dinner and overnight in hotel.

DAY 06: Leh - Nubra Valley

  1.  The day is to explore the north-eastern part of Leh – the Nubra Valley.
  2.   It is located at about 150Kms and an altitude of about 10000 ft. To visit the Nubra valley one must cross the worlds highest motorable road – the Khardung La Pass and one can expect the valley in about 6-7Hrs of time.

      DAY 07: Nubra – Pangong via Shyok

  1.  Early morning full day excursion & is the shorter of the two direct routes from Nubra valley to Pangong Tso. You will start the journey by crossing Panamik and take a deviation at the Khalar.
  2.  Although the route done have much to see but one will not be disappointed as the landscape is as amazing any wallpaper you would have imagined. 
  3.  The Pangong Tso Lake means a “High Grassland Lake” located in the Changthang region of Ladakh. The lake is situated at an altitude of 14,270 ft (4,350m). It is the highest salt-water lake in the world and the view, so the lakes are amazing. It is believed the lake changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. 
  4.  One can visit Shooting Point (3 Idiots movie shoot) and View point (panoramic view of the lake) of the lake for some selfies before you check in at the camps for your overnight stay. 
  5.  Dinner and night stay in the camp by the lake side

DAY 08: Pangong - Leh

  1.  Wake up early in the morning to witness the mesmerizing beauty of Pangong Lake under the fresh morning rays. Post breakfast set off for a drive back Leh.
  2.   You will reach Leh by the afternoon; you can spend the rest of the time in the local markets of the city.
  3.  Enroute the following are the places of interest.

DAY 09: Leh – Kargil via Shyam Valley

  1. Early morning full day leave for Kargil. Kargil is located at a lower altitude than Leh and is at about 220km.
  2. It will be a complete day tour and one can explore a lot of sightseeing such as listed below.

  1.  Early departure towards Srinagar driving through Drass (famous as the second coldest inhabited place in the world) and crossing the Zojila Pass (11,500-ft. / 3,505 m) to reach hill station of Sonamarg from where it's smooth driving through the beautiful Kashmir countryside.

DAY 11: Srinagar Sightseeing & Departure

  1.  After a long hopping journey, one can relax after the breakfast at your house boat or at hotel based at the booking.

Dear Guest,

Purchase of any travel services offered by Himalayan Routes constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Himalayan Routes, and represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these terms and conditions prior to booking. The same are listed to your reference:

1. Booking and Payment Conditions:

For booking confirmation, Guest is requested to deposit 50% advance amount in our bank account.

Remaining amount should be deposited before commencement of service.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In case the Guest is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, illness, accident or any other personal reasons such as non-payment of balance amount, the company is liable to recover cancellation charges from the Guest. All cancellations and amendments are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non-refundable, besides forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, further a charge will be levied as follows:

a. On Amendment:

In case of prepone or postpone of tour packages, Guests are requested to communicate in written and to inform us at least 10 days prior of tour date.

Kindly note, Rs. 3000/- will be charged extra for prepone or postpone of tour.

b. On Cancellation:

Prior to 45 days or more - 40% of tour cost will be charged

Between 44-31 days of departure - 50% of tour cost will be charged

Between 30-11 days of departure - 75% of tour cost will be charged

10 days to date of departure - 100% will be charged

In case of no show - 100% will be charged

3. What to know before you book:

Hotels are subject to availability.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.

The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport and ration Card. Without valid ID proof the guest will not be allowed to check in. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card.

All transfers and sightseeing are as per the Itinerary/package and in case of Air Conditioned vehicles, it will be switched off in the hills.

The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Any kind of personal expenses (such as Laundry, room service etc.) or optional tours/ extra meals are not inclusive in the package cost.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Himalayan Routes will not be responsible for any check-in denied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.

In case of non-availability of mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.


The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is     done entirely at their own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

Nevertheless, Himalayan Routes will always make its best endeavors to ensure that the content on its websites or other information channels are free of any virus or such other malwares.


Himalayan Routes at its sole discretion reserves the right to not to accept any customer order without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Himalayan Routes is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by Himalayan Routes.


The User expressly undertakes to provide to Himalayan Routes only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would vitiate this agreement and shall disentitle the User from availing the services from Himalayan Routes.

7. Responsibility Of User

The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk. To the extent Himalayan Routes acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, it shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers. In no circumstances shall Himalayan Routes be liable for the services provided by the service provider. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Himalayan Routes may change the features or functionality of the services at any time, in their sole discretion, without notice. Himalayan Routes expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which the User obtains from Himalayan Routes or through the services shall create any warranty not expressly made herein or in the terms and conditions of the services. If the User does not agree with any of the terms above, they are advised not to read the material on any of the Himalayan Routes pages or otherwise use any of the contents, pages, information or any other material provided by Himalayan Routes. The sole and exclusive remedy of the User in case of disagreement, in whole or in part, of the user agreement, is to discontinue using the services after notifying Himalayan Routes in writing.
